Where our coffee comes from

From crop to cup ☕️

We know that great coffee starts exceptional beans. This is why we have selected a range of speciality coffee beans across our cafés.

Whether you're after a morning pick-me-up or cosy afternoon brew, our selection shows our commitment to quality, sustainability and flavour. Here are some of our favourites:

Peak & Wild

By Matthew Algie

📍 Served at LSE Garrick

According to Matthew Algie, this is their 'most sustainable coffee brand yet'. Supporting the John Muir Trust, this Rainforest Alliance certified coffee goes towards saving Scotland's rainforest and helping young people across the UK and Ireland to achieve their John Muir Award

The specific beans that we use are from Fazenda Santa Isabel, known for its incredible coffee quality. The farm behind it has adopted socio-environmental practices, supporting smaller local producers with educational courses and workshops.

So you know that you're supporting a great cause, and communities across the world, with every sip.

Did you know? The Blak Nektar roastery is the first in the world to achieve Carbon Neutral Gold Standard

This shows that they put sustainability first when it comes to their coffee. Working collaboratively throughout their supply chain, they are able to ensure they can always source high quality coffees, often travel to the coffee's origin and are able to have full traceability.

Stowaway is a delicious combination of two toasty Brazilian coffees and fruity beans from Peru, creating a well-blended coffee, no matter whether you're craving an espresso or flat white.
