New Set Menu at Coopers

Coopers Restaurant at LSE has launched a new £25 set menu, offering three courses from a seasonal selection of dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and contemporary British flavours.
The menu features a dish from the winner of our Student MasterChef competition, Zoey England, whose “un-beet-able” risotto was a firm favourite with the judges. The dish combines carrots, LSE's own Connaught House honey and feta for a delicious twist on a classic risotto.
