We are committed to ensuring that the food we serve meets your individual needs.
We make every effort to accommodate everyone and aim to provide high-quality products and offer choice, value and variety. Here's a list of the diet options available on campus.
There is a wide range of veggie options available in all of our outlets. All restaurants have at least one vegetarian option every day and sandwiches, wraps and snacks are readily available in our cafés.
Make sure to check out our fully vegan and vegetarian eatery, The Shaw Café.
Vegan meals and options are available in some outlets and restaurants. The Shaw Café is our fully vegan and vegetarian outlet where you can find delicious plant-based dishes.
If you need any more guidance please ask a member of staff..
There is a wide range of food offered across campus, including low-fat, nutritious and organic options. Each outlet sells various healthy dishes and all offer salads, vegetables, fresh fruit and choices of protein.
We try whenever possible to promote healthy eating and regularly hold 'Feel Good Food Days' which promote reduced meat menus.
We actively promote Fairtrade products. Tea, coffee and sugar in all of our catering outlets is ethically traded and Fairtrade refreshments are served at all conferences and events.

If there is a specific ingredient that you need to avoid for any reason, please speak to the duty manager of the outlet who will assist you.
Our kitchen handle a wide variety of ingredients and food stuffs, so we can't provide any meals that are totally allergen free.
