Part of LSE Green Week 2026

As part of Green Week (23–27 March), we’re hosting a Local Produce Showcase celebrating seasonal British ingredients and sustainable food practices.

LSE and the Students’ Union’s Green Week brings together a range of events and activities that spark conversation and action around sustainability for staff and students.

In collaboration with Foodari, this showcase highlights how fresh, locally sourced produce can be transformed into exceptional dishes while supporting a more sustainable food system.

Executive Sous Chef Michelle Lepherd will lead a live cooking demonstration, sharing practical techniques and inspiration for turning simple ingredients into restaurant-quality meals.

Whether you’re interested in food, sustainability, or trying something new, this is a great way to get involved in Green Week.

Entry: No booking required - just turn up
